yep...I'm basically in the same boat.  The only thing that keeps me alive is unbroken coverage, and if my wife's plan gets changed, ie: outlawed or if they drop dependent coverage I'm screwed.

The other turd getting ready to drop in everyone's punchbowl is when the employer plans that do survive suddenly have the value reported on employee's W-2 as ordinary income.  Check your W-2 right now and you will see a value for the amount of healthcare your employer pays on your behalf.  Think about another twelve to sixteen grand tacked on to the top of your taxable income.

And if you don't have enough withheld you are subject to under-payment penalties.

I've been thinking about this for a while, but this is the first thread which has inspired me to write it down.

We keep hearing terms in the press about how Congress, especially Democrats, are reacting to the Obamacare disaster. We frequently hear terms like 'panic' and 'melt down' and 'going crazy'.

I think these terms are related to late January and Spring 2014, when the "Obamacare body count" starts making news. Obviously, more than a few people have actually died, they have lost their life due to Obamacare. The politicians know this.

Wait until the "Obamacare body count", the "Obamacare death tally", hits the thousands, or tens of thousands, or more.

This is quickly evolving into more than a matter of ideology, or a political experiment. When people start dying daily, and in the streets. Obamacare could become the new American bubonic plague, killing off the weak, sick, and helpless.

Thank you Obama. Thanks 'Liberals', you finally killed me trying to 'help' me. The end result of every Liberal ever to exist on Earth since the beginning of time.

You cannot "COEXIST" with people who want to kill you.
