Obama Breaks New Records

If you’re like me you might have problems describing to your uninformed friends just how bad a job the Democrats have done leading our nation over the last few years. You might find yourself stumbling over the long lists of scandals the Obama administration has engaged in, or forgetting to mention some of the laws that various Obama minions have broken, or even neglecting to mention one of the many ways that the President has shredded our Constitution. I understand… it’s hard to keep track of all of the horrendous ways Obama and his Democrat allies have hurt our nation. So, today I come to help you explain just how bad they’ve by simplifying the argument. Use something everyone understands, or at least used to understand, before Barack “the Job Assassin” Obama became President.
Just this month president Obama has broken two very inauspicious records.
1.For the last 13 months Food Stamp enrollment in America has not fallen below 47 million people. That’s almost 1 out of every 7 Americans.
2.91,540,000 Americans were not in the workforce in October. This number is a record high. That’s more than 1 out of every 4 Americans.
These numbers on their own would, of course, be terrifying. However, taken together they tell a more complete story about what has happened in our nation over the last few years. The Democrat Party so often likes to crow about being for the poor and middle class. They like to spew their hateful rhetoric about the wealthy being takers and the poor being footstools. The Democrats have led this nation for almost six years now and have had the opportunity to liberalize the government and the economy in that period… all that they have accomplished is to make everyone poorer.
obama-frowningThe proof is in the pudding, so to speak. More people than ever need food stamps, and more people than ever aren’t even trying to find work anymore. This is what Democrat policies bring us.
Wealth disparity can be a problem, but not in a free market system. The rich getting richer shouldn’t be a worry, unless the poor are getting poorer. If the rich are getting richer faster, then the poor are also getting richer – so it shouldn’t be a problem.
In China there is also wealth disparity. In fact, it’s far worse there than it is here. The reason it exists is because of communist economic policy that allows the ruling class elite (the politicians) to become very wealthy, while the poor are left in their dirt hovels, farming with their bare hands.
In America as the rich get richer… everyone else does too. That is, until the Democrats take over and screw everything up. Now, only the politicians and their cronies get richer… and everyone else suffers.
