It Begins… New Mexico Cops Now Performing Anal Cavity Searches for Running Stop Signs

Posted by Rachel Pulaski on Tuesday, November 5, 2013, 8:48 PM

On January 2, 2013, David Eckert was leaving Wal-Mart in Deming, NM and reportedly failed to make a complete stop at the stop sign. He was immediately pulled over by police. Law enforcement then asked Eckhert to step out of the vehicle.

According to reports Eckert appeared to be clenching his buttocks so law enforcement concluded that Eckert was hiding narcotics in his anal cavity. The officers detained Eckert and secured a search warrant allowing for an anal cavity search.  What happened next are what nightmares are made of.

The Regime Goes Deep–

KOB reported:

The lawsuit claims that Deming Police tried taking Eckert to an emergency room in Deming, but a doctor there refused to perform the anal cavity search citing it was “unethical.”

But physicians at the Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City agreed to perform the procedure and a few hours later, Eckert was admitted.

While there, Eckert was subjected to repeated and humiliating forced medical procedures.  A review of Eckert’s medical records, which he released to KOB, and details in the lawsuit show the following happened:

1. Eckert’s abdominal area was x-rayed; no narcotics were found.

2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.

3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.

4. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema.  Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers.  Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool.  No narcotics were found.

5. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a second time.  Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers.  Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool.  No narcotics were found.

6. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a third time.  Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers.  Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool.  No narcotics were found.

7. Doctors then x-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.

8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert’s anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines.  No narcotics were found.

Throughout this ordeal, Eckert protested and never gave doctors at the Gila Regional Medical Center consent to perform any of these medical procedures.

This is really unbelievable.

There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty.
Public virtue cannot exist in a nation without private, and public virtue is the only foundation of republics. There must be a positive passion for the public good, the public interest, honour, power and glory, established in the minds of the people, or there can be no republican government, nor any real liberty: and this public passion must be superior to all private passions. Doesn't say much for the judge who approved the search warrant...

No kidding! What a stupid judge! How would a cop know that someone is clenching their buttocks? Maybe he had to go to the restroom? Or maybe that was his reaction to fear? It's sad that Americans now fear law enforcement, when the opposite should be true.

“It is more important that innocence be protected than it is that guilt be punished, for guilt and crimes are so frequent in this world that they cannot all be punished. But if innocence itself is brought to the bar and condemned, perhaps to die, then the citizen will say, "whether I do good or whether I do evil is immaterial, for innocence itself is no protection," and if such an idea as that were to take hold in the mind of the citizen that would be the end of security whatsoever.”

There are crooked judges just like there are crooked cops and they know how to use each other to corrupt the justice system to abuse the constitution and citizens

I think they usually know each other on more than a casual basis...

  • Congrats Donald Trump! 45th POTUS!
Another example of the cure being worse than the disease. It's likely one of those cops went home that evening and enjoyed several glasses of society's darling intoxicant, C2H5OH, without fear of rectal exam.

It's 5 O'clock somewhere--It's Miller time!

Someone, somwhere will support these actions.  They acted under the power of the state and then the suspect gets a bill.
Why?  Well, because I'm a bastard, that's why.

I wonder if the victim could get all that done if he had Obamacare? :tongue2:  I'll bet not.

All I can say is that if things keep progressing as we're reading here, that next Spring/Summer is going to explode.

Never happen. The frog died a long time ago. The rulers know there are no limits. The people will do as they are told. Resist and you will most likely never make it to the jail. Your only value will be that of an example.

It actually makes perfect sense for the NSA to be 'listening to', copying and 'watching' everything everybody says......I would too if I were governing and taxing people like this.
