The real news with this piece is that Schieffer said it, not Sean Hannity.

Schieffer does what all good libs do when one of their policies or programs falls flat on its face--whine about the critics "foaming at the mouth", and also conclude that both sides are equally bad at getting things done.  Sorry, Bob, your side owns this one.  You can't blame the critics for being critical and expect your assignment of blame to fix the problem.
