All this is is the expiration of an increase in food stamp payments from a few years ago. It was supposely supposed to "stimulate the economy", and it did (the underground one).
Well then, its not a cut at all. Just as liberals claimed when the Bush tax cuts were taken away, it wasn't an increase in taxes because people shouldn't have had that extra money anyway. Same thing must apply to food stamps.
