Hillary Goes for History: 'Ceilings in America Are Unacceptable'
« on: November 02, 2013, 06:01:01 pm »
Hillary Clinton is not about to repeat the Big Mistake of 2008. From out of nowhere, Clinton's pre-ordained march to the White House was tripped up by something known as a Historic Candidacy, in the person of an inexperienced Barack Obama just two years out of a state legislature. For that reason, Hillary's Historic 2016 Candidacy is already well underway, and received another jolt Friday when the former Secretary of State announced her "No Ceilings" initiative:
'S]peaking at a conference Friday in Philadelphia, announced a "No Ceilings" project for women around the world.

"No Ceilings: The Full Participation Project" will be operated by the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation, CNN reported.

Clinton gave the final speech at the Pennsylvania Conference on Women, attended by 7,000 women, the Bucks County Courier Times reported.

"Women face ceilings that hold back entire economies and societies. No country can truly thrive by denying the contributions of half its people," Clinton said. "The great unfinished business of the 21st century is helping women and girls break through these ceilings and participate fully in every aspect of life once and for all."

This is a smart move on Clinton's part. In 2008, she was blindsided and shellacked by a Cult of Personality campaign, so this time she is going to run one of her own.

The media are also lining up, as well. In case you haven't noticed, numerous news outlets have jumped aboard the Cult of Personality Around The Woman Bandwagon, most notably the left-wing Politico and its creepy "Women Rule" campaign. And it is no accident that after the government shutdown, one of the talking points the objective, unbiased, not-at-all-liberal media found acceptable was that had women been in charge, none of this would have happened.

When women try to block the will of the people, they are heroines. When men try to block a wildly unpopular law, they are anarchist, arsonist, terrorist *hold your nose* men.

And Hillary will run as Hillary, not as Hillary Clinton.

You see, Clinton is the past, but Hillary is the future … for women.

Clinton is a pushing-70, quarter-century creature of DC whose name is associated with shady land deals, impeachment, cattle futures, failed policy initiatives, an unspectacular tenure in the Senate, and four years as Secretary of State with no achievements other than four dead Americans in Benghazi and the cover-up that followed.

Hillary is an outsider, a fresh face, the greatest Secretary of State in America's history, and most importantly, a woman.

Hillary knows that, other than being a Democrat, another way to win the allegiance of the media is to be a Historic Democrat.

And in the end, "what difference does it make?"
