The only thing mysterious is how she could have ever had any 'popularity' to start with.

She is, and always has been, a miserable, nasty, desperate and weak human being seeking personal power by whatever means necessary.
Character still matters.  It always matters.

May 3, 2016 - the day the Republican party left ME.  I am now without a Party, and quite possibly without a country.  May God have mercy!

Because she is a lying, heartless, uncaring, angry, without scruples, without morals, and a hypocritical witch. :tongue2:
"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim tribute to patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness -- these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. . . . reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principles."
George Washington

She's Elvis without the pipes.  Had a following once but now bloated, out of touch and in need of a hit.

Who's going to put the hit on her? :0001:

The question posed:
"Why is Hillary Clinton's popularity sliding?"

The question as it should be:
"Why was Hillary Clinton ever popular in the first place?"
