There are a number of people like Mark Hannah. Carville comes to mind, Julian Epstein, Leo Terrell, our own Sinkspur, for whom no evidence matters. They are complete ideologues and cannot entertain anything factual, nor are they able to alter their close-mindedness.

I know!  I stopped watching the Fox evening shows after Romney lost, but I tuned in last night, and she was great!  I too am going to tune in more--I figured she'd be a fake moderate-like O'Reilly-but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I watched Hannity's show last evening which was a pleasant surprise also!

Last night, for the first time in almost a year, I watched BoR then Megyn's show. BoR was still as obtuse as ever with his "gee, I think Obamacare may be socialism" bs, and he kept interrupting his guests and blurting out stupid things as always, but Megyn was genuinely angry on her show. I sure wouldn't have wanted to be there.

I have an incredible urge to smack that arrogant smile off that insufferable punk's face.
Character still matters.  It always matters.

A smarmy creep who tells bald-faced lies with a smirk on his face.

IOW, a perfect representative of this lying, arrogant administration.

I am starting to like her show.

Yes.. she has hit her stride and is the Megyn I always watched in the mornings now,.  I no longer watch Fox in the morning, cannot stand Gretchen Carlson... but Megyn is doing great in primetime... Oh and I don't watch BOR at all these days - I'm sick of his arrogant interruptus.

I haven't watched bor in years, I don't do the morning shows anymore. Will watch Megyn. The last time I watched Gretchen is when she was on FOX telling us about how her parents car dealership was taken away from them by Obama.  What is your beef with her? Just curious.  :smokin:

Can't put my finger on it, she used to be on BOR once a week oppositeMargaret Hoover - the girl who is former President Hoover's granddaughter (she is on CNN now) - and she just got on my nerves. I don't see Fox and Friends since it is too early in the AM for me, but I'm just not a fan of hers for some reason. I watched her show on Fox a couple of times and just cannot warm up to her.

They can lie so effortlessly.  They can distort so shamelessly.  They can blame so arrogantly.
For the progressive, there is very little to love about the United States. Washington, Jefferson, Madison? A bunch of rotten slaveholders, hypocrites, and cowards even when their hearts were in the right places. The Declaration of Independence? A manifesto for the propertied classes. The Constitution? An artifact of sexism and white supremacy. The sacrifices in the great wars of the 20th century? Feeding the poor and the disenfranchised into the meat-grinder of imperialism. The gifts of Carnegie, Rockefeller, Vanderbilt, Morgan, Astor? Blood money from self-aggrandizing robber barons. Nat Rev

He is one of my least favorite guests ever... Usually Simon Rosenberg is on the list, too, but I almost felt sorry for him last night, he looked downright pained to be there trying to spin this mess.
