Bill Maher Is Really Upset About the Obamacare Rollout & He Didn’t Hide it Last Night

Bill Maher & Panel Unload on Obamacare Launch: It is a Mess Up
ian Bill Maher skewered the rollout of President Barack Obama’s signature health care program as a “big f–k up for liberals” on Friday.

Highlighting the glitch-ridden healthcare.gov website on his “Real Time” HBO show, Maher said he does not “want to be one of the bubble people” that is “unable to admit a mistake.”

Nonetheless, the outspoken comedian said he couldn’t recall a time where former President George W. Bush apologized and said that instead the 43rd president landed on an aircraft carrier to declare “mission accomplished” after failing to find any weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

Rev. Al Sharpton chimed in, also admitting the rollout had not been as smooth as he would have liked, but arguing the focus of the program was never to build a good website.

“I think the fact the president owned it is good,” Sharpton said. “It is a mess-up. We shouldn’t act like it’s not. But, the objective was not to have a great website. The objective was to provide health care and insurance.”

Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore, who was also on Maher’s panel, appeared, however, to slightly disagree with Sharpton’s analysis.

“That’s what’s so sad. Because of all the things to f–k up to that generation, the Internet, the website. It’s like Obama looks like their parents,” he said. “How do I … what’s this? AOL?”

I suffered through that bs from Plame, Moore, and Sharpton. How gross! I laughed when they agreed the polls were skewed when they favored republicans on fiscal policies.
