This morning I was listening to Wilkow's radio show and one segment was about how all these people go to DC basically middle class and come out - not just worth $3 or 4 million (which isn't anything to sneeze at) but $100 - $500 millionaires... one example he used - Harry Reid from Searchlight, NV. Now if any of you have EVER driven through Searchlight (yes you have to go through it and if you speed they WILL ticket you - it is a speed trap) it is a very, very poor trailer trash community with a casino.... yet look at what Reid is worth after a stint at the NV Gaming board and then as Senator who has skimmed money from anyone and everyone he can tap.
The other person he mentioned is Feinstein, I knew she is wealthy now, but seems she and her husband made most of their wealth after she went to the Senate. And did you all know where Issa made his money? You know the car alarm that sounds and says step away from the car? THAT is Darrel Issa.
