This photo of Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler has spread like wildfire this week, showing him in the middle of a raucous Delaware beach house party where underage drinking was apparently taking place.

 In the photo, it seems clear that Gansler, a candidate for governor, is taking a picture of some of the dancing teens.

His explanation for his presence at the June party has some a bit skeptical.......

He said he should have checked IDs. However, he knew his son was underage, so ...! Stupid liberal!
