Piers Morgan Spreads Fake Story Trashing Palin

The Daily Currant is a satire site, but that didn't stop CNN primetime anchor Piers Morgan from gleefully tweeting out a Currant story attacking Sarah Palin, without noting that the story was untrue. Moreover, nothing on the page indicates the article is satire. The fake story ridiculed Palin for something she did not do: Claim that Christ celebrated Easter before his death:



Morgan has 3.7 million Twitter followers.

Any journalist out there should keep a blacklist of satire sites to prevent this from happening. Of course, to call Morgan a journalist is... well, seeing the state of the art these days, pretty accurate.

He's trying to make himself totally unhirable by any other network with this kind of stuff and his rants against guns.

Nobody here believes that it is true, and I'm not sure why a moderator would try to troll people with a post like yours. 

Piers Morgan is a lying scumbag who deserves to be shipped back to Great Britain.
