MSNBC Wonders - Is the Obama Administration Lying?

By Onan Coca   / 22 October 2013   / 262 Comments

Imagine the scene: President Obama sitting down for his breakfast enjoying a cup of coffee with MSNBC on the TV in the background. Just as he’s taking that first sip, he hears his loyal minions at MSNBC begin tearing apart his administration for their Obamacare failures. What a fun morning it must have been to be in the White House! The offending show was, of course, the only one with a semi-consistent token Republican – Morning Joe with Joe Scarborough.

The first point of contention the panel had with the Obama administration was on the number of people who had signed up for Obamacare. “The secrecy is unacceptable… how many people have enrolled? I don’t understand why they can’t release that information?” They also wondered at the overall secrecy of the Obama administration, “The secrecy is unacceptable… You search in vain for answers to lots of questions…when governments are in crisis they withhold information.”

At this point Scarborough points out that this is coming from a government that wants us to trust them with one of the most important parts of our daily lives – our healthcare! Which is when things go from bad to worse for the Obama administration, as Mike Barnicle simply calls them liars.

Obama liar Pinocchio“They’re lying about it now. They’re lying about it. They aren’t just depriving us of information, they are outright lying about what’s going on… They’re lying about the numbers who have enrolled… the larger point is that they keep calling this unacceptable, it’s not unacceptable, it’s outrageous!”

The panel then moved on to the catastrophic rollout of Obamacare and the fact that the administration had more than two years to get everything ready and they still couldn’t.

It’s taken too long for the media to come around to the fact that the Obama administration is completely clueless when it comes to running government. Now that they’ve begun to see the level of ineptitude emanating from the White House, one has to wonder how much longer it will be before they begin to realize that Obamacare is only the most recent example of this administration’s incompetence. Over the last five plus years, the Obama team has bumbled from one disaster to another, oftentimes creating havoc with fairly straightforward political situations. If our main stream media would simply look back over the Obama years with an unbiased eye, they would be able to admit that they should have seen the Obamacare train-wreck coming.

Just who is our "main stream media?"  In this day and time, I think we mean liberal media vs. conservative media.  I don't know of any media source that could be considered main stream over other sources.  It just depends on who you want to consider main stream.

"Well, DUH" sums it up pretty well.......
Character still matters.  It always matters.

I wear a mask as an exercise in liberty and love for others.  To see it as an infringement of liberty is to entirely miss the point.  Be kind.

"Sometimes I think the Church would be better off if we would call a moratorium on activity for about six weeks and just wait on God to see what He is waiting to do for us. That's what they did before Pentecost."   - A. W. Tozer

Use the time God is giving us to seek His will and feel His presence.
