Marco Rubio: White House hiding ‘ugly things’

Sen. Marco Rubio on Tuesday hit the Obama administration for a lack of transparency on Obamacare, saying the White House is withholding information so people won’t see the “ugly things” of the law.

“I think what they’re worried about is increased criticism of the law if they open it up and show people all the ugly things going on in the implementation,” Rubio (R-Fla.) said on Fox News’s “Fox & Friends.”

The Florida senator said there has been no effort to provide details about efforts to fix the site.

“They’ve argued now that they’re going to have this tech surge where they’re going to bring all these experts in to fix these websites,” Rubio said. “They won’t tell us who exactly they’re bringing in, and they won’t tell us how much they’re spending on it.”

Rubio argued that the lack of information coming from the administration only adds to the “doubt” of the law and its future.

“The fact is there is no transparency. They’re not sharing accurate numbers as to how well or not well it’s working, how many people have been able to enroll and receive it or not. They’re not being transparent, which is just adding more and more doubt to this entire process.”

I think Marco Rubio and any other Republican should shut their pie hole unless they have real, hard evidence and their willing to press their case with vigor.

Rubio just wants some camera time.

In a related statement, Relic thinks that Marco Rubio is hiding some ugly things regarding his campaign financing because he's corrupt.
(See how easy that is?)

Hmmm, maybe, but there are others who view the situation differently than you.

Howard Kurtz says the dishonesty has the media changing course on ObamaCare:

Mark Halperin, the “Game Change” coauthor and a regular on [Morning Joe], called the rollout “unacceptable” and added that “the secrecy is unacceptable,” accusing the administration of withholding information about how many people have signed up.

His fellow panelist, liberal commentator Mike Barnicle, ratcheted up from there: “They’re lying about it now,” he said. “They’re not depriving us of information, they are outright lying.” The former Boston Globe columnist called the administration’s conduct “unacceptable.”

This is a safe time for some msm members to criticize Obama. The election is still far enough away. Some need to get some credibility points, and some really don't like Obama. Halperin was suspended from MSNBC for calling Obama a d**k.

The wagons will circle in the summer, and Obama will be praised for single handedly fixing Obamacare. Any remaining flaws will be blamed on Republicans.
