There was a time that when one kid was bullying another, the victim would be the sh*t out of the bully and that was the end of it.

Kids today are not allowed to defend themselves and if they do, they'll be punished instead of the bully.  Kids today are also being raised to be weak and not deal with the inevitable jerks they will encounter in life.
