Wells was certified as an Obamacare navigator despite her financial history, which includes a bankruptcy in 2003, a 2007 civil charge from a local check cashing business called Midwest Checkrite for writing a bad check, being more than $1700 behind on her state tax bill, and having an outstanding arrest warrant in nearby Shawnee County.

I'd feel perfectly comfortable giving this upstanding, exemplary citizen my name, address, SSN, medical history, shoe size, fingerprints, DNA sample, and bank PIN given her proven track record at financial management and being an ethical person.  Where, exactly, is the problem?  </sarc>

For the Obama administration, her credentials are exemplary.

Once again I take issue with the way the media phrases things:

Despite? With a resume like that this woman is overqualified for being a "navigator" (love that term). In fact I think she should be offered a much higher position, either in the IRS or as Sarah Hall Ingram's 2nd in command.

You are, of course, absolutely correct!
