Euthanasia has always been a goal of the left and not just of the sick, but of anyone they consider "undesirable."  The Nazis were just a few decades ahead of their time with their goals.  The modern left is quickly heading that way again.

It's no accident that the Nazis were, first and foremost, socialists.  That is, after all, what their full name, states:  Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, which in English is:  National Socialist German Workers' Party.

Don't tell that to a modern liberal.  They will scream that the Nazis were "right wing radicals, like today's GOP."

Not in so many terms.  I'd start them off with asking about the national socialist workers party - or even NSDAP, because almost none of them recognize that acronym - and get them to the point where they've accepted that group as one of them, and then spring the reality on them.

Oh I've tried that, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  Usually they just explode, toss out an insult, and leave.
