"'The only reason why we are seeing this proposal,' said White House spokesman Jay Carney, 'is because of the US threat of military action.'" In truth, Putin is laughing to himself.  Whatever.  If Obama wants to sell it like a Christmas miracle on Pennsylvania Avenue, that's fine with Putin, because Putin won.

Somebody's paying attention.  As Reagan used to say:  you can get a lot accomplished if you don't care who claims the credit.  Putin got a lot accomplished this week.  And it's only Tuesday for crying out loud.

More than once there has been debate here as to if liberals are the enemy, or merely misguided.

Anyone who is paying attention has gotten a graphic demonstration that Obama, Kerry & Co. are clueless and dangerous. There have been minor indicators that even the liberal media has noticed. Now that Albert Brooks has saved the day with a joke, the liberal media will circle the wagons and protect Obama, hailing this as a master stroke of diplomacy.

I take from this that the media is willing to risk American lives to protect Obama. And those that follow the media without question, are equally as dangerous.

It's been blatantly clear for a long time that the MSM are willing to risk American lives - and America itself - in order to protect the golden calf that is Obama.
