The advertising for this film has been practically unavoidable if you watch any amount of television. I am not surprised it is a box office hit in a year when there have been so many high-priced busts.

$25 million is far from a success.  Nothing else of consequence opened this weekend, which was likely on purpose.  It will quickly fall as other movies come out.
