Simon Cowell and Howard Stern are at the top of the American TV money heap.

According to Forbes The X-Factor supremo and The America's Got Talent judge both earned a massive $95 million between June 2012 and June 2013.

Although the news will be welcomed by the 53-year-old's British media mogul's bank manager it is sure not to have gone unnoticed by Simon's pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman nor her husband Andrew Silverman.

The most recent reports are that Simon is prepared to give the pregnant 36-year-old his $10 million Beverly Hills mansion to raise their child after she divorces her husband.

But Simon faces other major pay-outs and his earning capacity only makes him all the more vulnerable to over-the-top demands from money-hungry lawyers already closely monitoring the baby situation.

Number three on the Forbes list was right wing commentator Glenn Beck whose subscription website helped him to earn $90 million ahead of Oprah Winfrey, who pulled in $77 million for the same year.
