A gang who laughed as they doused a woman in acid while she walked her six-year-old twins home from school have been jailed for a total of 44 years.

The attackers was heard laughing as the noxious liquid was sprayed at the screaming mother in front of her two boys outside Upton Cross Primary School in Upton Park, east London.

Speaking after the attack the woman, who suffered horrendous burns to her face and body, said: 'I saw a man approach me who was carrying something in a bottle.

'He threw it over me and after a few seconds it started burning. I was crying: "Please help me! Please help me!"'

It is thought Yannick Ntesa, 25, sprayed the acid and made his getaway in a red BMW with
Abdul Motin, 28, and 31-year-old Ahad Miah.

The 44-year-old mother, from Plaistow, fled to a neighbour's home where water was poured over her burning clothes.

Some of the acid burnt her son's satchel while another mother also suffered minor injuries in the attack on March 24, 2011.

The victim was rushed to the Royal London Hospital and later transferred to a specialist burns unit in Chelmsford, Essex. ...

Another example of "diversity" and "multiculturalism" in the U.K.
You cannot "COEXIST" with people who want to kill you.

I suspect the victim is also a follower of the religion of peace.  She probably displayed her shameful face and inspired wicked thoughts upon the righteous.  The brave soldiers of Mohamhead "corrected" the woman.  Allah be praised.
No matter the color of our skin, we all live under the same laws, we all salute the same great flag, and we are all made by the same almighty God.  We must love each other, show affection for each other, and unite together in condemnation of hatred, bigotry, and violence.  We must rediscover the bonds of love and loyalty that bring us together as Americans.

Racism is evil.  And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans

The sentences seem rather light, all things considered (and assuming those convicted were, in fact, the perpretrators).

Two 16 year sentences and one 14 year sentence.  There is not a enough info in the story for me to evaluate the sentences properly, but I can easily see how harsher sentences could be justified.

Do you know if the brits have an early parole system for good behavior?

It's interesting that you question if they got the right guys...not as a reflection on you, but it hadn't crossed my mind at all.  I think I'm predisposed to assuming all muslims guilty even though I rationally know that is not true.

I'll blame it on the media.

Muslims have no place in the Western World.

They should all be removed, and returned to the islamic nations of their choice.

No exceptions.

They don't belong here.

If my opinion is "bigoted", tough. I ain't changin' it.

I question why I hate Muslims more than Catholics, or Jews, or Atheists, or UFO freaks, or Gaia earth spirit worshipers and the Lord whispers in my ear "because they deserve it."
