Movies like 42, Glory, The Tuskegee Airmen, the original Jackie Robinson Story, do more to break down the racial barriers than 10,000 angry protest. My 11 year old watched it and he came away with a clearer understanding of what not judging someone by the color of their skin, but by their character really means. A little inoculation for what he may be seeing played out on the news this weekend as Al Sharpton tries to carry out his hundred city protest.

I try as many of you do to raise my child not judge people by the outside, but by their character, but  its the Al Sharpton's of the world that are doing their part to see that we fail.

I highly recommend 42 if you haven't seen it.
