I wouldn't want this gig given the other talking heads, but the list begins with Stacey Dash and states, Outspoken Republican actress Stacey Dash is interested in replacing Elisabeth Hasselbeck when Hasselbeck exits from hit morning show “The View.”

The site provides pictures of a variety of women they say are Republicans who might fill Elizabeth's high heels and includes: bad girl Shannon Doherty, porn actress Jenna Jameson (which I would love to see, lol), the totally cute Heather Locklear, the very attractive duo of Angie Harmon and Kathy Ireland, and even Susan Lucci who is a "conservative Republican" and who would claw Whoopi's eyes out.

They might love Susan Lucci... the reason being is that ABC is apparently none too happy that the All My Children revival actually got off the ground. If they could get Lucci off All My Children, it might just be enough to strangle the show.

A new hostess has been chosen, one not on the list noted.

After Elisabeth Hasselbeck's exit last week and Joy Behar set to depart next month, Jenny McCarthy has officially been named the newest co-host on ABC's "The View."

The actress/comedian/author/Autism activist has made 17 previous appearances on the show, including eight as a guest co-host.

I can think of one that is very articulate, attractive, and will never budge one inch from her Conservative principles.  And who would love putting those old hens in their place. Michelle Malkin.

New Yorker writer Michael Specter is already calling her a 'homicidal maniac' because she believes that vaccines were responsible for her son's apparent autism.

No room for anybody with a different opinion.  They must be demonized because groupthink cannot stand non-conformance...

Jenny McCarthy is blonde, beautiful, a former Playboy playmate, a published author, a prominent comedic actress, and a Weight Watchers spokesperson. So why is the announcement that the 40-year-old will replace Elisabeth Hasslebeck as a co-host on ABC’s “The View” in September causing such an outcry?

One word: vaccines.

McCarthy has long been an outspoken opponent of vaccinating children, claiming that her 11-year-old son’s diagnosis with autism in 2005 was due to his baby vaccinations...

“This is the kind of move that means ‘The View’ will reinforce its nuttiness, not allow debate. Her vaccine views alone mean that people should turn off the show,” said Dan Gainor, VP of Business & Culture at the Media Research Center. “There’s good controversy and bad. In her MTV days, Jenny McCarthy was fun and funny. But ‘The View’ gets the good with the bad and the bad in this case is far worse.”

The news ignited an avalanche of criticism on social media.

It is one thing at the entertainment show level, to angrily state the conservative position. Many can do that.

However it is another thing to be persuasive, to change opinions and change votes.

Reagan was almost alone, in that regard.

Judge Jeanine Pirro is very intelligent and persuasive.   

What I meant was that her background accent tells me she'll tangle with Joy Behar and Whoopie Goldberg if and when necessary...if they get too stupid.

But I think she's more than up to the task....legs on the couch and all!
