Looks kind of like the Atkins diet.

I've been doing Paleo which is similar.

He refers to his diet plan as "Paleo" and, yes, it does resemble Atkins but there are also some dissimilarities.

I've been doing Paleo which is similar.

The big difference with paleo is the elimination of dairy products but it adds fruit and you can have veg like carrots. (and overly processed foods are a big no no, so none of those Atkins TV dinners).

I've noticed I feel much healther on it and have less cravings than the Atkins/South Beach type of diets. The addition of fruit on Paleo helps a lot.
