Oscar Award-winning actor Matt Damon has listed his Miami Beach mansion for sale for $20 million, according to the listing agents, Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg, "The Jills," of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.

Called "Maravilla," "The Talented Mr." Damon's estate is on a 43,000-square-foot double lot on Biscayne Bay and features a gourmet kitchen, a rooftop terrace with views of the property and bay, a home theater, a wine cellar, and a pool house with summer kitchen.
