I don't see how they can vote dem, either.  As I recall, Jared and Ivanka couod not vote for him in the primaries because they were registered democrats.  Wonder if they have changed their affiliation?

Kushner switched parties last September. During his problems with his security clearance, his attorneys have included Jamie Gorelick (of Clinton era Gorelick Wall fame) and Abbe Lowell (of Bob Menendez trial fame). You figure out how sincere the conversion is.

Solar Road Is the Left’s Latest Debacle
August 20th.

You know what? Brian, before I go far, I need to take a screenshot. Folks, just imagine a two-lane road made of solar panels — and it was supposed to revolutionize renewable energy. The point of the story is it has become — the first solar road has become — “a colossal failure.” It’s falling apart. It doesn’t generate anywhere near enough energy. It’s not even close to sustainable. Two years after. It’s the Normandy road in France. “Two years after the world’s first solar road … was set up, it’s turned out to be a colossal failure, according to a report by Le Monde,” the French newspaper.

“The road has deteriorated to a terrible state, it isn’t producing anywhere near the amount of energy it had previously pledged to, and the traffic it has brought with it is causing noise problems,” because driving on solar panels is not quiet. It’s another left-wing invention based on doing good things — social justice, sustainable economy and climate change, blah, blah, blah — and it’s an absolute debacle

How would the airplane get even to the end of the runway to try to take off without jet fuel? What mechanism of transporting people and cargo through the air is there? Don’t tell me blimps. We couldn’t. There’s nothing.

Markets are amazing. Markets are brilliant. Markets work. The fossil fuel industry reigns supreme, oil reigns supreme.

I don’t care what they’ve poisoned young leftist minds to think about it. There simply isn’t anything that comes close to being able to accomplish the needs that are provided by oil and other derivatives of petroleum products.

I understand people wanting no pollution and sustainable this and sustainable that, but all of this only works, the only reason this cockamamie crap ever is given a chance is because it has been sold as the only way to save the planet from destruction.

You take kids from the moment they’re young skulls full of mush and you keep telling them that there isn’t gonna be a habitable climate in 30 years or 40, you’re gonna scare the devil out of them.

And then you’re gonna get ’em to support any cockamamie thing that you come up with. That’s exactly how they’ve done it. Plus tapping into the psychological need that all human beings have to matter, to think that your life has meaning.

So it’s been artfully done, but it’s all a crock. All of it is. Anyway, I appreciate the call, Dave. Thanks much.

A Nebraska teen's senior photos honored her father who was killed in Afghanistan

Photographer Susanne Beckmann edited her photos of Julia Yllescas to include Julia's father, who never got a chance to see his daughter grow up.

(CNN)It's been "extremely, extremely" tough growing up without her father, Julia Yllescas tells CNN. "It gets harder and harder every year."

Army Ranger Capt. Robert Yllescas never came home after he deployed to Afghanistan when Julia was 7 years old.

As she started her last year of high school in Aurora, Nebraska, she had a photographer edit an angelic visage of her father into her senior photos so that he could be with her during the most monumental moment of her life.

He'll be portrayed in an upcoming film

The Muslim invasions made most Zoroastrians flee but some remained and some could be that also or Bahais I guess, I've met Bahais before.

Also, Shi'ites as are prevalent in Iran; seem to have some sense to them, nevermind, the top layer, the Mullahs.

In a press release earlier this week, Portland police chief Danielle Outlaw (her actual name), appearing somber and exhausted, said she just wishes there were some kind of group with the firepower and authority to fight back against Antifa.

In a candid moment, Outlaw (seriously, her actual name) said there was just nothing the police could do, as they'd need to have some kind of organized, armed force specifically created to protect and serve the people.

North may be taking 1M tons of China’s grain
Aug 21,2019

North Korea is accepting 800,000 tons of rice from China to help feed its people after turning down a smaller aid package from South Korea last month, according to a Japanese news report on Tuesday.

Citing a South Korean official and a trader on the border between China and North Korea, a report from the Japanese daily Asahi Shimbun said China was preparing to ship 800,000 tons of rice to North Korea through maritime channels, probably in addition to other foodstuffs like corn that would make the total size of the aid around one million tons.

Beijing’s decision to provide food assistance to the North was made after Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to Pyongyang in June, the report said, although no formal announcement has been made about it.
