Warren and Clinton talk behind the scenes as 2020 race intensifies
Analysis: Neither camp wants to talk about it, but the two women have recently grown closer.

WASHINGTON — Elizabeth Warren's team doesn't want to talk about Hillary Clinton, but that doesn't mean the 2020 presidential candidate isn't talking with her party's 2016 nominee.
The two women have kept a line of communication open since the Massachusetts senator decided to run for president — though only a conversation around the time of Warren's launch has been previously reported — according to several people familiar with their discussions who spoke to NBC on the condition of anonymity because of the political sensitivity of private interactions.

Trump will draw and quarter Warren and win by such a large margin, more so than Biden or Sanders.
Nothing would make me happier than to have her as the Dem candidate. Her lifetime of fraud declaring herself to be a Native American to get cush jobs offered up by the idiots of the elites. How sweet!
MA may be dumb enough to elect her to the Senate, but not America for POTUS. If Warren is the Dem candidate, many that would vote Dem will stay at home. She is a MAJOR FRUITLOOP, and I do love her. How sweet it would be with her representing the clown car party.

I admire your spirit and partisanship, but that ain't gonna happen.
And I'll go on the record for saying so.
Fishrrman's prediction for 2020 (please hold me to it):
Mr. Trump will win re-election, winning the Electoral College and perhaps breaking a slight popular vote majority in so doing.
But that's all.
And it will be a close popular vote victory, and possibly the last one by any Republican candidate for president.
I call 'em as I see 'em.
And that's how I see this one.

A popular vote win would translate to an electoral landslide. If Trump only loses CA by 3M instead of 4, it would mean an additional 2M spread over the rest of the country just to tie, easily flipping several more states.

I'm not convinced either is true @truth_seeker Warren's still not connecting with black voters, even black women. She's polling in single digits .... coming in far behind Biden, Sanders and Harris --- who are the top three contenders (in that order) for the black vote.
