Former Vice President Joe Biden is already thinking about who he will appoint to the Supreme Court if he is elected president.
The 2020 Democratic hopeful was more than enthusiastic on Thursday’s “Late Night with Stephen Colbert†with the idea of a “fully qualified†former President Barack Obama donning the robes of the higher court.

If he were to be Chief Justice, he would organize a Socialist nightmare for our children and beyond.
These people and their media co-conspirators are out-in-the-open... in all our faces.
Even when not in power, they have deemed Trump Supporters, irredeemable and and deplorable.
When they have power such as they do in Montgomery County, Maryland, they (County Executive Erhlich (D)) call anybody who disagrees with their policy of NOT cooperating with ICE in holding criminals... "NEO NAZIS!!"

Ok, Obama has a law degree from Harvard and was on the Law Review. But did he write anything of note for the Law Review? What were his grades? After graduation, he allegedly became a civil rights attorney. So what were the important cases he handled? Does he have any judicial experience?
What I'm getting at is that it looks like Obama doesn't have the legal and judicial experience for SCOTUS. Not that that would prevent a Democrat president from nominating him or s Democrat-controlled senate from confirming him.

In 1993 Obama joined Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland, a 12-attorney law firm specializing in civil rights litigation and neighborhood economic development, where he was an associate for three years from 1993 to 1996, then of counsel from 1996 to 2004, with his law license becoming inactive in 2007.
No law license and he hasn't even remotely practiced law in 15 years or more. Yeah, he's a great choice.

Well, gee, I was "trained in the law" after working as a legal secretary for 35 years. So maybe I can be a Supreme Court Justice too. LOL
I guess there is no provision in the law dictating requirements for SCOTUS, but I would expect that the current panel of justices at least has verifiable experience as lawyers and lower court judges.
When my computer gets fixed, I will have to look up the Justices' credentials.

If the selection of Obama is not full verification that Biden just does not have the mental clarity or ability to be POTUS, then nothing will be more precise in spelling it out.
Biden 1st big aw-sh*t that he will regret muttering. It is clear, the real polls I am certain show a rather high abandonment of black and I suspect Hispanics to the Democommie non platform. The UGLY TRUTH will catch up to you eventually, and I suspect we are beginning to see the worst defeat for a party in history, and that is why the MSM is pouring it on with all the nonsense of the Dems taking the Senate and holding the House. Politically Biden is wise to remind folks of his association with Obama, who remains popular.
He could easily win again, if it were constitutional.
As a group, mainstream Republicans are losing ground.

2016 was a referendum on Obama, to the extent that his minion HRC got trounced, as did Democommies across the land with a huge loss of seats at both federal and state levels.

Rather than purchasing a $14 million home on waterfront property. one would think he would have bought a fortified castle in a country that does not have an extradition agreement with the USA.
If we had justice in the USA, and I see no signs of it, Obama, and his cabal, particularly the intelligence guys would all be up on sedition and treason and face capital sentences for their attempts at a coup against Donald Trump.
Sadly, Trump is being controlled by the swamp to the extent he does little to nothing but run about calling *sshats like Un and Putin friends. Uggh!
