Well, I've learned that Chick-fil-A has plans to open 9 new stores in the SF Bay Area (probably none near Oakland International). In an interview with Howard Stern on SiriusXM Friday morning, President Joe Biden said he would square off against former President Donald Trump before November's election after the presumptive GOP nominee repeatedly issued challenges to his Democrat opponent.
"I am, somewhere," Biden told Stern when asked if he'd debate Trump. The president said he "didn't know" when the debate would take place but insisted he was "happy to debate" his challenger. Time will tell whether Biden meant what he said or if this turns out to be another incorrect pronouncement uttered by the octogenarian commander-in-chief.
As Townhall reported earlier this year, Trump has repeatedly challenged Biden to face him in a general election debate as they slog through a rematch of the 2020 showdown.
"It is important, for the Good of our Country, that Joe Biden and I Debate Issues that are so vital to America, and the American People," Trump said in one post on Truth Social. "Therefore, I am calling for Debates, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, ANYPLACE! The Debates can be run by the Corrupt DNC, or their Subsidiary, the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD)," the former president quipped. "I look forward to receiving a response. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"

This is not an admission of fault or culpability. This is a common tool for reorganization and to consolidate litigation when attacks are coming from all sides. It allows TGP to consolidate this lawfare in one court for ultimate resolution.
Despite the radical left’s efforts to silence The Gateway Pundit through censorship, de-platforming, de-banking, cut-off from advertisers, and other financial strategies, we will not be deterred from our mission of remaining fearless and being one of the most trusted independent media outlets in America today. We do not expect that to change.

Their objective is not a pursuit of a principled relationship between the People and their Government. Their objective is the naked pursuit of more power to the ends of accumulating more power for power's sake.
Both the left-extreme and the right-extreme find the Framers' system of checks and balancies inconvenient to achieving their ends. Both extremes believe the ends justifies the means - that legislating, debtaing, compromising, and amending are unnecessary impediments to their greater ends.
Right-wing extremists are really reactionaries who want to take America back to 1860.
Left-wing extremists are really reationaries who want to take America back to 1490.
Both extremist sides want to take America backwards towards the past, and not forwards to the future.
America is a big boy. It can withstand outside threats, but, it is more susceptible to domestic threats. That's why Putin's USSR 2.0 and Xi's Communist China are using infiltration to get Americans to weaken and destroy their own country from within.

JERUSALEM — An under-construction pier for a U.S.-led project to bring aid into the Gaza Strip came under fire Wednesday, forcing U.N. officials to take shelter there, Israeli and U.N. officials said.
No militant group immediately claimed responsibility for the assault, which the Israelis described as a mortar shell attack.
Authorities said that no one was wounded.
The attack marks a shaky start to the construction of the pier, a project that the U.S. is spearheading to surge humanitarian aid into Gaza. A Hamas official told The Associated Press on Wednesday that the militant group will resist any foreign military presence involved with the port project.
