Biden Admin’s Title IX Rewrite Obliterates Female Spaces, Free Speech, And Due Process
The rules undo Trump-era safeguards for those accused of sexual misconduct and encroach on parents’ rights.

The Biden administration’s Department of Education unveiled a sweeping set of rules on Friday that effectively erase protections for sex-based spaces by expanding the Title IX prohibition against sex discrimination to include “gender identity” — a term that’s never mentioned in the original law.

A majority of Americans agree that males who claim to identify otherwise should not be allowed to infiltrate girls’ and women’s sports teams. As of now, some 25 states have laws or regulations aimed at keeping boys and men out of female-only spaces, on and off the field.

Yet, come Aug. 1, the Democrat regime’s radial redefinition of “sex-based discrimination” poses a threat to sex-based protections and welcomes males into female spaces including athletic competitions, locker rooms, and sex-specific clubs such as sororities, despite state laws.

“The final regulations will help to ensure that all students receive appropriate support when they experience sex discrimination and that recipients’ procedures for investigating and resolving complaints of sex discrimination are fair to all involved,” the rules claim.

The regulations do even more damage, however, such as by undoing Trump-era due process safeguards for those accused of sexual misconduct, which could include merely using accurate pronouns. They also encroach on parents’ rights and threaten academic free speech by incentivizing schools to censor students and teachers with traditional views on sex and marriage so they don’t lose federal funding. ...

I'm no expert on dementia (just a family member of one who had it), but doubt Joe's most repeated fantasy tales - from the uncle consumed by cannibals to war hero Beau - can be blamed on anything but his being a lifelong liar. He couldn't speak the truth if his life depended on it. He never could. He's the George Costanza of politics. Remember, it's not a lie if you believe it, Joe.

Maybe Mayor Bass has an eye on what's happening in England.

Welcome to England, where the elderly are being told to vacate and sell their homes at below-market prices to make room for migrants.

Liberals so desperately want him to be a Trump supporter because he's a white male, but in reality, he's a disenfranchised leftist who hates everyone in gov.

The Biden Admin has just officially abolished Title IX as we knew it. Now, sex = gender identity.

In a nutshell, the new rewrite means:
- men can take academic AND athletic scholarships from women
- men will have FULL access to bathrooms, locker rooms, etc
- men could be housed in dorm rooms with women
- students and faculty MUST compel their speech by requiring the use of preferred pronouns

If the guidelines above are ignored or even questioned, then YOU can be charged with harassment.

The Truth Monster by John Anthony 4/19/2024

The World Health Organization has big targets in its sights. That includes you.

“He has a property very dear to him in the safety and liberty of his person.” James Madison 1792

In Madison’s words, of all our property rights, those we hold over our own body may be the most “dear.”

Yet with the introduction of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in 2020, Americans allowed those rights to be tyrannized. Forced masking, medical procedures, vaccinations, and human separation erased any sense of personal autonomy.

Now many fear loss of sovereignty to the WHO as the body advances two documents intended to “sustainably balance and optimize the health of people, animals and ecosystems.”1 Management of those three entities would require oversight of every living creature on earth.

The  documents consist of 1. amendments to the existing International Health Regulations (IHR) and 2.  a new agreement called the Pandemic Treaty but also referred to as a Covenant, and an Agreement.

IHR –

According to the WHO, “The IHR are an instrument of international law that is legally-binding on 196 countries, including the 194 WHO Member States.”2  (Italics are my emphasis.)

Physician Meryl Nass has spent months revealing the contents of the draft documents.

•   The IHR drafts changed the regulations from “non-binding” recommendations to binding on member states.

•   Implementation was based on respect for human rights and freedoms. Now based on equity, inclusivity, social and economic development (In other words, the woke goals of DEI and ESG.)

•   The drafters agree the regulations may “interfere with livelihoods”, (think business closings) and “human rights. (Can include vaccine mandates, travel restrictions.)
Once agreed, the WHO decides when and how these amendments apply.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Mandisa, a contemporary Christian singer who appeared on "American Idol" and won a Grammy for her 2013 album 'Overcomer', has died. She was 47.

Mandisa, whose full name was Mandisa Lynn Hundley, was born near Sacramento, California, and grew up singing in church. She gained stardom after finishing ninth on "American Idol" in 2006.

As she left, host Ryan Seacrest told the singer that she was "a great spirit on the show."

He has shuffled off this mortal coil.

A Life Overtaken by Conspiracy Theories Explodes in Flames as the Public Looks On
Friends of Max Azzarello, who set himself on fire outside Donald J. Trump’s trial, said he was a caring person whose paranoia had led him down a dark path.

Quote

The journey that ended with a man setting himself on fire on Friday outside the Manhattan courthouse where Donald J. Trump was being tried seemed to have begun in Florida, with a series of increasingly bizarre outbursts.

Standing in the afternoon chill, the man, Max Azzarello, 37, of St. Augustine, Fla., threw pamphlets into the air before dousing himself with an accelerant and setting his body ablaze. The police hurried to extinguish the flames, and he was taken to a hospital burn unit, gravely injured. He died on Friday night.

The fire just a block or two from the courthouse appeared calculated to draw widespread attention, horrifying bystanders and temporarily overshadowing the momentous trial of a former president.

But a closer look at the path the man had traveled to this moment of self-destruction revealed a recent spiral into volatility, one marked by a worldview that had become increasingly confusing and disjointed — and appeared to be unattached to any political party. His social media postings and arrest records suggest the immolation stemmed instead from a place of conspiracy theories and paranoia.
