Anyone can order this, but few have the knowledge or skill to either use it in a useful way or cross the delivery/cell infusion line to make this more than just a scientific curiousity.

And those who do have that knowledge and skill set, already have access to the necessary technology.

It is cool, but nothing that should currently worry anyone.
