LOL: Pint-Sized Climate Activist Greta Thunberg Trying To Hitch A Carbon-Free Ride Back To Europe After UN Climate Summit Is Moved
(Tea Party 247) – Teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg, who originally hails from Sweden, is looking for a carbon-free way to travel back to Europe after a UN climate summit in Chile for which she had sailed across the Atlantic got moved to Spain.
The 16-year-old had traveled to California by train and electric car after her high-profile trek by yacht to the states, but was forced to go to Twitter for suggestions after Chile’s government announced they’d be canning the summit due to political unrest in the South American nation.
The COP25 summit will now take place in Madrid, Spain.
