Californians Upset Over Lack Of Doctors Under Obamacare

Californians are expressing their dissatisfaction with California’s health insurance exchange, CoveredCalifornia.
Covered California’s Executive Director Peter Lee testified before a Congressional committee about the successes of Covered California.
“It takes, in our mind, three things for an exchange to work. It takes having affordable health plans delivering quality care, it takes effective marketing outreach, and it takes effective enrollment,” Lee said.
Sadly though, Californians newly enrolled in Covered California are facing the grim reality that the care they are receiving is neither affordable, nor quality.
Few doctors are accepting the new health insurance plans, Californians say.
One Californian woman told KPIX-CA, “This is not what we were promised.”
Lee admitted, “It’s been rocky, it’s been bumpy. And it will continue to be rocky and bumpy.”

LOL! I guess many of them believed the lies. "Quality" healthcare is rapidly becoming nothing more than a memory except for those that will be able to afford private care on pretty much a cash basis.

Love it when a great plan comes together.
Once we get to no research, no drugs and no hospitals the "final solution" will have come full cycle.

When I first was stationed in Alameda, Ca in the Navy, I remember hearing on the radio half the freshman class at Stanford had to take remedial reading. That was more than 40 years ago so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how far Mejifornia's education "system" as degenerated. :headbang:

I had a high school classmate that went to Stanford back then, on his way to becoming a physician.
We are Stupid. Stanford, Berkeley, UCLA, Cal-Tech crappy schools.
People from all over the world come here for the crappy weather, ugly outdoors scenery, lack of entertainment, etc.
And the crappy colleges, lousy companies, failing agriculture, and did I mention the lousy weather?

I don't think it speaks so much specifically to California as it does to the education system in general...nationwide.
