THE WHITE House was put on lockdown today after a man set himself on fire.

Photos taken at the scene show security personnel with a person on the ground. Police and amublance crews are in attendance. Nicholas Kristof, a columnist with the New York Times, said: â€œSomeone apparently set himself on fire in front of the White House just now. I was coming out of the West Wing, and the Secret Service isnâ€™t letting anyone out onto Pennsylvania Ave. They say there were also suspicious packages.

Post by: TomSea on April 15, 2019, 03:32:04 am: I don't see how one could get into such an altered mind, meditative to do that, as the Buddhist Monks in Vietnam did and as has happened more recently in Tibet with Buddhists, I think more about 5,6 years ago.
