Reclassify the positions to hourly, non-exempt; lower the base earnings to accommodate projected overtime ---- and tighten approvals required for overtime hours to prevent abuse.  Done correctly, this would keep the employee in line with his or her exempt salary.

One thing I learned running campaigns - never have a candidate go into the lion's den and try to get votes. Especially with a loudmouth bumbling numbnuts like Skeez.

You'll just end up losing more votes than you are already down.
