Schumer: Barr must retract 'spying' shocker
by Daniel Chaitin
| April 10, 2019 05:49 PM
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer accused Attorney General William Barr of spreading conspiracy theories on Wednesday after the Justice Department chief said he thinks "spying did occur" on President Trump's 2016 campaign.
In a terse tweet, Schumer demanded a retraction from Barr.
"AG Barr admitted he had no evidence to support his claim that spying on the Trump campaign 'did occur.' AG Barr must retract his statement immediately or produce specific evidence to back it up. Perpetuating conspiracy theories is beneath the office of the Attorney General," Schumer, D-N.Y., said.

Wait ... didn't Barr say the spying on the Trump campaign *did* occur... and he's investigating the predicate?

That's what I heard him say when I watched it. Schumass is just trying to get Barr to say something that will allow the Rats to hang a perjury charge on him.

What's upChuck? :3:
If anyone didn't think the Dems would use/abuse power to find a way to spy on the opposition, they haven't been paying attention (and I am sure I could find them a nice bit of North Dakota prairie with a great view of the Rockies...)
