AZ will probably charge the juror who voted not guilty with a felony.
Check again, the vote was 7-1 for acquittal.

And the ugly underbelly of this article is not that inflation will perpetuate, but Fedzilla is going to have to fund it's bond habit by floating 5-6% treasuries for 30 years, instead of 2-4%.

Five percent is what they are paying other people who buy treasuries.  The Fed won't be charging the US government a dime on the fantasy money it prints up for them.  Nor will that money ever be paid back.

I agree 100%.  There has been zero remorse.  Zero admission.  Zero apology.  Not only from Trump, but from his zealots as well as evidenced on this very thread.  But this trial isn't the arena for settling the score.  One does not excuse the other.  The ends do not justify the means.

I hope Trump is found not guilty, not because I'm an #AlwaysTrumper, but because he is not guilty of what he is being prosecuted for.  As for him paying, the only ones who will be paying are Conservatives who will be saddled with four more years of Democrat-lite and another $8 trillion of new debt.

I fully agree with that too.

Almost... They can also do "quantitative easing" which is just creating money out of thin air with no need to borrow it via treasury notes.

We are now in our fifteenth consecutive year of 'quantitative easing'.

@Right_in_Virginia

Where is the example of 'virtue signaling'?  Please show the exact quote.  Or is this yet another example of you posting the first dishonest thing that pops up in your head?

What a shock, Tucker pushing more of the same...

My contention is not as much a legal one, but just more proof and an example of where back in '16 Trump's sleazy dirty politics was taken to new lows.  He crossed lines, and to this day, not only are we not holding him account to it, but instead are rewarding him with his 3rd consecutive GOP nomination.

His only slight out was that the Stone-Pecker slime machine though obviously funded by DJT, at least had a rogue element to it.  But hearing today, it seems the orange menace might have had a more direct and intricate hand in it.   We've had some fine conservatives taken to near ruination (RDS, Cruz) by this POS' antics.

I think he needs to pay.
