No, we seem to keep a cat and dog most the time though... I like the dogs best, kids like both, wife likes cats. Don't seem to have our most recent cat (Ginny) photographed, so Obama the cat featured here (Sassy the dog).

Hidden 80s gem until remade in the mid 90s by Annie Lennox (where it hit #2).

I prefer this version far far far more than Annie's. Just you can feel the emotion in this version, Lennox's cover was dry in my opinion. So without further ado... lets us go back to 1986.

Yep, never heard of it. Not my cup of tea, but with 30 million views, it obviously was a pretty big hit. Thanks for sharing dfgator...

 Ran across a song today that I also had never heard of .... but several music publications ranked in number one in their ranking of the decade (90s)... Recorded in 1990 so I will include it here (excuse of "close enough).

Massive Attack (but since England was at war, they dropped the "Attack" part of their name so the BBC would still play them).

Category: Trip Hop Pop Dance.

The video also was talked up especially in the UK... Just one of those one shot (no cuts) videos of her (Nelle Hooper) walking through a rough part of LA.

In 1982 the group Yaz (or Yazoo) put out a song that hit the top of the charts in the UK... I didn't care for the song to be honest... but I noticed a novelty put out by Tom Jones.... He released a 5 song cover of the song by Yaz. It was equally horrible in my opinion (maybe even worse)...

For ya Tom Jones fans out there... well here it is. Personally I would check out some of the previous posts instead, but what do I know.
