That orange cloud is highly toxic, not just "smoke"..

Several years ago they had one of those rockets go horizontal at launch and slam into one of the nearby villages.

The rocket did fine. It's just that they don't launch over water.

China : It's OK. We have a lot more people even it something does go wrong.
