JERUSALEM â€” Two rockets were fired at Tel Aviv, Israelâ€™s largest city, from the Gaza Strip on Thursday, the Israeli military reported.

One landed in an open area. The other was intercepted by Israelâ€™s Iron Dome missile defense system, the military said.

This was the first time since 2014 that rockets were fired into the Tel Aviv area.
