Gillibrand Urges 'Action' Against Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh If They Don't Uphold Roe v. Wade

(CNSNews.com) - Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), one of 22 Democrats seeking her party's presidential nomination, told MSNBC on Wednesday that Alabama's new abortion ban is "draconian and inhumane," and she called for "action" against Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch if they do not uphold Roe v. Wade.

Both men are Trump appointees.

Gillibrand said President Trump has deliberately selected "radical justices" to "undermine basic reproductive freedoms and civil rights" of women.

This is what the Dems will do, folks.  Turn the 2020 elections into an existential one for women.   I fear it will work, and the GOP will lose both houses of Congress.   

This Alabama law may be THE unforced error of all time.   Just hand the Dems a sword.   What flippin' idiocy.

Typical New Yorker ... thinks she runs the whole country.  These rules were meant to be determined by the states, not by some anointed group of lawyer-politicians.  If New Yorkers want to kill their family members then so be it ... just leave the rest of us alone.
