After Rioters Burned Down Her Business, the City of Minneapolis Did This to Her

This salon owner felt deserted as rioters destroyed and burned down her business.

She said there was not a cop in sight to help protect her.

And now the city of Minneapolis did this horrifying thing to her.

One of the biggest clues that the ongoing riots are not about black lives at all is the abject destruction of black communities and businesses.

She should have had the cleanup done by her command and sent the city the bill.

Not wise to rebuild a business in a burned out riot zone.
Looking at other riot zones in other cities those areas rarely recover.
Most of the time they become crackhead crime zones.

Four paragraphs of blah-blah-blah-blah, didn't get to the point.

Did Minneapolis refuse permits to rebuild?

Did Minneapolis send a bill for demo higher than insurance would pay, a problem about which TBR already has one or more threads?
