Chelsea Clinton said Tuesday she believes people have a "responsibility" to speak up during President Trump's time in the White House.
"Certainly I think we all have a responsibility to not stay silent now," Clinton said during an interview on NBC.
"I think we have to speak up and use whatever platforms we have and certainly social media is part of that," she said.
