No, MM, that is not what Paula White nor Franklin Graham said. Unless I missed it, neither said that Graham is a Christian. Maybe it's a distinction you are overlooking, so I'll illustrate. God raised Cyrus the Persian emperor to free the Jews to return to their land. That God raised Cyrus for that purpose does not mean that Cyrus was a Jew.
Within my (obviously) very limited knowledge, I have doubts that he is a believer, and as far as I know he does not claim to be. Hillary claims she is, though her history and policies give the lie to that idea. I voted for Trump thinking he would do much less damage to the US than would Hillary, and Trump has done much better than I expected.
