In perhaps the biggest gaffe of his campaign so far, former Vice President Joe Biden asserted that “poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids,†while speaking in Iowa on Thursday.
Biden was speaking at the Asian & Latino Coalition Town Hall put on by the Asian & Latino Coalition PAC when he made the shocking remark.

OK, Joe. Take another hit off the crack pipe. More of the Democrat race politics. Problem for Joe is he forgot which crowd he was talking to.
