I sense you're trying to say something, but the graphic is too small for me to make it out. Maybe someone with younger eyes can figure it out.
Just noticed some sniping going on... and that was just a "bang the gavel" graphic as a warning to get back in order. (Though it appears that already happened.)

Report: Steven Spielberg ‘Involved Strategically’ in Biden Campaign, Convention Planning

Nick Gilbertson 26 Apr 2024

Multiple reports indicate that Hollywood director Steven Spielberg is strategically working with President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign and is helping to plan the Democratic National Convention.

Puck News’s Matt Belloni was the first to report Spielberg “has been quietly but actively working with the Joe Biden campaign to help choreograph August’s Democratic National Convention in Chicago,” as his colleague Dylan Byers pointed out in a post on X.

His work with the campaign also includes “participating in multiple strategy sessions on how to best tell the president’s story,” Belloni wrote.

The report was confirmed by Deadline and the Hollywood Reporter Friday afternoon, with the Reporter’s Zoe G. Phillips writing Spielberg is “joining the Biden campaign” and Deadline’s Dominic Patten noting he will be “involved strategically” in both the campaign and convention.

Spielberg’s representatives did not respond to comment requests from the outlets, but one “well-placed source” told Deadline the Poltergeist director “wants to be as helpful as possible to the president.”

“He believes this is one of the most important elections in the nation’s history,” the source added to the outlet.

This is not the first time Spielberg will be helping a Democrat candidate or his first time having a hand in a convention.

“Puck also reported that Spielberg helped with the 2020 convention, held virtually at the height of COVID-19,” Phillips noted. “The director does not currently have plans to create a film portion for this summer’s events, though he did produce a film for President Obama’s campaign in 2008.”

Notably, Biden campaign co-chair Jeffrey Katzenberg was Spielberg’s former partner at Dreamworks, and the pair remain friends, per Phillips.

White House: There Are ‘Too Many Civilian Casualties’ in Israel’s War, ‘The Number Needs to Be Zero’

Ian Hanchett 26 Apr 2024
2:17

On Friday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” White House National Security Communications Adviser John Kirby stated that Hamas doesn’t care about the Palestinian people and if they did, “they’d lay down their arms, they’d step aside, they’d release those hostages,” but they’ve refused hostage release offers. Kirby also stated that there have been too many civilians killed in Gaza and the number of civilian casualties “needs to be zero.”

While discussing the hostages, Kirby said, “I wish I had progress to tell you about this morning. I don’t. There was a very good proposal laid at the feet of Hamas, just a couple of weeks ago, after Bill Burns, our CIA Director, negotiated it in Cairo. They have not taken that proposal up. In fact, they’ve indicated that they won’t. Now, yesterday, they came out and said they would only release the hostages if there was an independent state for the Palestinian people. Look, there’s not going to be an independent Palestinian state with Hamas in control of Gaza, it can’t happen. If they really cared about the Palestinian people, if they really cared about an independent state, they’d lay down their arms, they’d step aside, they’d release those hostages, and let us get on with the business of working with Israel and the Palestinian Authority for a revitalized Palestinian Authority that could actually manage and meets the — meet the aspirations of the Palestinian people.”

Later, Kirby stated that there isn’t any evidence of Israel committing genocide in Gaza, adding, “Now, that said, there has been, and the president talked about this, too many civilian casualties. The number needs to be zero. And there are too many people starving, too many people in need. And so, we’re going to continue to push Israel to do more to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people and to try to get a ceasefire in place so that we can get all those hostages out. And then, after six weeks of a ceasefire, try to find an enduring way to end this conflict. The president’s committed to that.”

This garbage is never going to end.

In fact, we have to get rid of “Minimum Wage”.

Period.

It is a PRICE CONTROL - fascist.

Inflation will largely go away with it, as will the ILLEGAL ALIEN PROBLEM since (small) business will no longer feel the need to do stuff under the table.  Jobs for illegals will dry up.
