More Kabuki Theater, because (A) it will die in the Senate and (B) Obama will veto it anyway and (C) none of these Dhimmies will be anywhere when it is time to vote to override.  They think this will provide them some cover from their constituents back home who are getting cancellation notices by the million.

In the meantime, the damage continues unabated.
