Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Ilhan Omar (D-MN) have officially crossed the line because Democratic leader Jerry Nadler has called them out. After President Trump accused Jewish Americans who vote Democratic of "disloyalty," Tlaib and Omar shared a cartoon that depicted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Trump placing their hands over their mouths.

The growing anti-Semitism in our political dialogue is repugnant. @realdonaldtrump’s comments about disloyalty are a vicious and dangerous anti-Semitic trope. And the Carlos Latuff cartoon forwarded by @RepRashida and @Ilhan can surely be read for its vile underlying message.

This is significant since this is a Democratic being critical. I previously saw the cartoon. I didn't check it closely as to how bad it was, I saw Trump and Netanyahu putting their hands over these women's mouths, I don't know if there were other offensive elements. I understand, this cartoonist has had some very questionable work in the past as the article indicates.

Nadler needs to learn that his moral equivalency tight rope walk pronouncement did not remove Tlaib's, Omar's, and AOC's targets from his back.
