Note they are all liberal paradises.  :wtf:  So the most expensive, most corrupt, and  poorest cities are virtually owned by democrats.

Living in Long Beach, a coveted Orange County enclave, may not be as idyllic as it sounds. Although you’re surrounded by white sand beaches and swaying palm trees, this California beach town has insanely high housing costs. With a median home cost of $400,000, buying a home in Long Beach is out of reach for most Americans. However, according to Go Banking Rates, it may be easier for renters in Long Beach, who need to earn $14k less than their mortgage-paying neighbors.

Is the author a comedian or just ignorant? Long Beach a coveted Orange County enclave, surrounded by white sand beaches and swaying palm trees? Obviously he has never been anywhere near Long beach. To be sure there are parts that are quite nice and parts that are very very nice and expensive and a great part that is average to oh my God what am I doing here! They through out $400K for a median priced home as if it's exhorbitant...........and likely, no I not it is, for most of the country but not California. Not only that I just looked up Zillow and they list the median home price for Long Beach at $592,400, how old is this information in this article and what else did they get wrong?

Long Beach is NOT in Orange County. Long Beach isin Los Angeles County.

(Seal Beach, Sunset Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach however, are in Orange County).

@Fishrrman

Denver was a VERY nice and affordable place to live back in the 70's and early 80's. Since then the tax refugees that ruined California have moved there enmass,and demanded Colorado do the same things that destroyed California for working class people. Who knows where they will move to after destroying Colorado? Maybe to a cornfield in Iowa?
