Title: Extreme Risk Protection Orders ("Red Flag" Laws)

Since it seems that we may be seeing a broad push for a national version of these so-called "Red Flag" laws, it may be informative to look at the two bills already introduced in the current Congress.

House Bill, H.R.1236 - Extreme Risk Protection Order Act of 2019: https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/1236/text (https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/1236/text)

No guarantees, but it is likely that we will see some form of these bills advancing, if the momentum toward "Red Flag" laws persists.

"Hoplophilia" will become a new disease where the desire to own a gun is sufficient reason to seize a gun.
